Midwest Construction is an authorized applicator of the Astec Acrylic coating system, a fluid applied system that eliminates tear-offs of existing Roof system. Astec is manufactured with the highest quality components available.

Midwest Construction is an authorized applicator of Everest Systems Silicones. Silicone is an inorganic fluid application that is warrantable up to ten years. Silicone Polymer is an inorganic material that's unaffected by UV degradation. Silicone has very good tolerance for both hot and cold conditions and doesn't deteriorate under the effects of UV rays.
